They are currently looking to strengthen their India operations and for the same are looking to hire their CEO/COO in India based out of Bangalore. The role to start with will be managing third party contractual employees and this would be the only position(to begin with) on the rolls of the company in India.  Job Description-  Reporting to the Global MD based out of their headquarters, you will be responsible for:-  - Complete manufacturing operations(owned/third party)   - Ensuring timely delivery of the end product to clients in India   - Building a supplier base to have competitive advantage on pricing   - Growing the client base and being the face of the organization for India operations   - Giving a clear picture from a financial and operational standpoint to the headquarters   - Growing the team and business in India  The Successful Applicant-  Ideally you have 10+ years of experience with a MNC in Auto/Auto Ancillary/Mechanical engineering based manufacturing companies. You have experience in contract negotiation, working on commercial data, purchasing and logistics work. You have a commercial bent of mind and have a good understanding of manufacturing operations in a mechanical engineering based industry.
