Job Role :

Strategic Initiatives :

1. Drive business performance based on winning strategies across verticals so as to enhance competitive edge, increase in market share and increase in overall business results along with delighted customers.

Budgeting and Planning :

1. Coordinate the budgeting for entire company and overall planning for the production process including long term strategic plans and annual operating plan for various divisions and corporate functions

2. Allocate capital among different business functions.

Management Reporting :

1. Ensure consistent management reporting formats and financial performance criteria across all functions.

Compliance, Audit and Tax :

1. Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements

2. Plan and ensure that periodic (eg. Annual, quarterly) internal audits

People Management :

1. Lead the Company

2. Develop a succession plan for key positions in the department

Candidate Requirement :

- BE/B.TECH with MBA Mandatory

- Should have worked in process industries like Sanitary ware, Paints, Adhesives, Chemicals Cements, Tyres

- Willing to relocate to Nepal
