- Developing Annual Business Plan and monitoring progress against these plan to ensure that the group attains its objectives.

- Planning, organizing and managing the group in most cost - ePteixive manner with consistently high product quality and improving operating parameters to meet business objectives.

- Responsible for all executive management masters affecting the Group.

- Prepare a corporate plan and annual business plan and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the organization attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.

- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term , and long-term objectives

- Provide advice and guidance to the Management and senior managers, to keep them aware of developments within the industry and to ensure that the appropriate policies are developed to meet the organization's mission and objectives and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations.

- Achieve our target group profit after tn of Rs.25 Crore and analyze the potential and set the target accordingly. Your variable Compensation will be on the percentage of the profit 'as mutually to be decided. You will be eligible for performance bonus of 196 of the PAT above Rs.10 Crore. ''

- Establish and maintain elective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant agencies, local authorities and key decision-makers to exchange information and views and to ensure that the organization is providing the appropriate range and quality of products and maintain harmonious relationship with our customers

- Analyze the current and potential overall global industrial condition for indicating the future changes within the indusoy and adjust the Company's policies accordingly.

- Review financial and non-Financia! reports to devise solutions or improvements.

- Prepare, gain acceptance and monitor the implementation of the annual budget to ensure that budget targets are met, that revenue flows are maximized and that fixed costs are minimized.

- Develop and maintain an effective marketing strategy to promote the products.

- Develop and maintain total quality management systems throughout the Group to ensure that the best possible product and services are provided to customers and / or clients.

- Develop and direct the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the organization complies with all health and safety and other statutory regulations.

- Foster a corporate culture that promotes professionalism, integrity, performance, customer focus and quality of Product.

- Develop and maintain total quality management systems throughout the organization to ensure that the best possible product and services are provided to customers and / or clients.

- Responding to customer queries to ensure that any queries are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

- Imitating various Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) projects.

- Ensure compliance with the law and ethical standards and maintain transparency.

- Ensure the Environment, Health and Safety guidelines are followed in the group.
