Job Profile: Our clients are looking for an accomplished CEO and Business Manager to take ownership of the Business Operations Will report to the Board and lead a team of highly qualified engineers. Deliver the organization's explosive Pan-India growth plan of 10X sales in the next 3 years.

Candidate Profile

1. Education: BE preferably MBA

2. Should have a track record of explosive and profitable growth of start-ups / SME organizations.

3. Strong in Business Strategy and Operations.

4. Results-driven Business Leader with success in B2B Business Development & P&L with a forward-thinking approach centered on company success and growth. Demonstrated record of building teams and profitable operations.

5. Must have the finesse to deal with blue-chip clients and the sensitivity to work closely with the investors and the founding team.

6. Must currently be the CEO / Business Unit Had / P&L Head of a fast-growing start-up / SME organization into B2B sales.
