Job profile :

- Create and drive an organisational culture in line with the organisation's vision, mission and implementation of the overall organisation's strategy.

- Develop strategies for leadership development, succession planning and prudent performance management system to reward and recognise exceptional performance and maintain a high degree of employee engagement.

- Develop and implement growth and new business development strategies to achieve designed ROI.

- Development and build a strong relationship with all stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives of the fund.

- To ensure that the objectives and Key Performance Indicators are set out by the Board are met.

- Ensure that there is a strong commitment to the principles of good governance, strong ethical standards and integrity as well as legislative compliance.

Candidate Profile :

Age Group: 45 years

A Master of Business Administration/ Management or Commerce Degree.

- A Minimum of 10 years of experience in Senior Management role.

- Preferable in retail/ wholesale of Building Material Industry or Manufacturing Industry.

- A preferred incumbent with overseas exposure.

- Demonstrated capacity for clear strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving.

- Exceptional Leadership, interpersonal and communications skills with an appreciation of human resources and the ability to relate to all levels of management and stakeholders.

- High level of Financial and Business Development experience.

- High degree of commercial and business acumen.

- Strong understanding of Financial Management and budgetary control skills

- Sound strategic management and negotiation skills

- Ability to exercise independence of mind and make decisions in the face of conflicting demands.
