Chief Executive Officer - Building Material Business

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company. You will be the first in command in the company and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.

The ideal candidate will have a business & entrepreneur mindset and will be able to see the "big picture" in a variety of settings. They will take actions to enhance the company's cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective. The goal is to drive the company's development and guide it towards long-term success.

We are strictly looking for a person from the Building Material Industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Development, review and refinement of the Company's business strategy, and execution of hat strategy to obtain a leading position in the marketplace of Bath ware products ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.

2. Ensure revenue growth is achieved in a responsible and profitable manner; both organically and through successful completion of mergers and acquisitions.

3. Working with the Board & management team to satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities.

4. Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
