Chief Executive Officer - Building Material

We have an opportunity for Chief Executive Officer with one of the leading Building Material Company in Mumbai.

Position: Chief Executive Officer

Key responsibilities:

The CEO is expected to take on the mantle of S&M, Manufacturing Operations, Finance (in consultation with CFO /VP-Finance), IT and Capex Procurement.

- P&L Management

- Sales & Marketing through channels

- Experience in Manufacturing at some stage in career

- Managed revenues of INR 800 Crs ~ INR 1000 Crs with a CAGR of around 40%

Detailed JD can be sent on confirmation of interest

- Engineer (Mechanical or Plastic Processing) + MBA with around 20 years of work experience

- Understanding of the Extrusion and Injection Moulding processes

- Financials - Manage Profit and Loss Account and Cash Flow of the group.

- Thorough exposure with the commercials

- Understanding about the costing and pricing of the products
