Job Specifications:

- Originate new business as a Profit Center Head,

- Guide, manage and execute transactions across the above business verticals.

For The Following Verticals:

- Debt Syndication

- Stressed Asset Resolution

- Private Equity Advisory

- Corporate Advisory

Profile Requirements:

- University degree in finance, accounting or equivalent. CA / MBA qualifications is a plus.

- 20 years+ in corporate finance function with at least 3 years leadership experience in a top tier investment bank or consulting company in India

- Extensive deal experience

- Excellent business development skills, well-networked with the Large cap & Medium scale enterprises.

- Knowledge of investment banking, forex market, product structuring, valuation, risk management, negotiation, managerial skills and multi-tasking abilities

- Strong client staff and relationship management skills

- Strong /proven management capability
