Education : Regular BE or B.Tech degree is mandatory
Role : Will be responsible for managing PnL operations, team management and relationship management with internal and external stakeholder.
- Managing the top line and EBITDA
- Managing delivery of KPIs
- Managing the relationship with key accounts and internal and external stakeholder
- Managing the large team and build team effectiveness
- Managing Business operations including revenue, EBITDA, Cost management
- Looking Business development for achieving growth targets.
- Preparation of Annual operating plan and its execution
- Meeting audit compliance & balance sheet integrity.
- Environment, Health & Safety drive for ground forces.
Skill : B2B sales, Enterprise sales and key account management is mandatory. Should have managed PnL and top line.
Qualification : Regular BE or B.Tech degree is mandatory
