Skills:

- Proven CEO experience in other managerial positions (a strong preference will be given to those with automotive manufacturing experience).

- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as sales, marketing, operations, finance, etc.

- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
