Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our client as a Lead Sales. As the Lead Sales, you will represent the company and develop permanent business relations and networks. Your main objective will be to drive sales and maintain strategic guidelines while managing employees and controlling business processes in your area of responsibility.

This role requires strong business management, people management, operations management, leadership, and motivation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Represent the company and the brand both internally and externally

- Develop and foster positive relations with employees and teams

- Build and maintain positive relations with key figures in society and associations

- Drive sales in the dealership

- Monitor the profitable sale of new vehicles and accessories

- Establish and foster contacts with decision-makers, spokespeople, VIPs, and major customers

- Ensure sales standards are met

- Manage, promote, and motivate employees to guarantee a high quality of cooperation

- Create a positive working atmosphere and foster team development

- Reach target agreements with employees for whom you are directly responsible

- Plan personal development goals with employees, agree on suitable measures, and ensure their implementation

- Observe the regional automobile market and competitors' activities

- Evaluate social, cultural, and political information to identify customer needs

- Maintain and update the marketing database with relevant customer information

- Check current offers from external service providers for marketing campaigns

- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify issues and potential improvements

- Ensure effective complaints management and lead customer discussions for special cases

- Determine customer satisfaction goals, initiate measures, and ensure their implementation

- Prepare the annual plan and annual goals for the sales department

- Define target rate-of-return, quantity, sales, and profit goals for sales

- Determine budgets for sales

Job Requirements:

- Degree in engineering (BE), Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent

- 12-15 years of experience with at least 5 years in Automobile Sales

- Strong business management, people management, operations management, leadership, and motivation skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of the regional automobile market and competitors' activities

- Ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective marketing strategies

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Strong financial planning and budgeting skills
