Responsibilities:.  - Responsible for overall P&L of auto component division(Casting/Machining).  - Shall be responsible for business development to OEMs in India & Exports to European market.  - Shall be responsible for advising and identifying the alliance partners for JVS, Mergers and acquisitions.  - Shall be involved in fund raising activities  - Production, Quality, purchase, r &d and other manufacturing operations   Key skills: -   - Should have handled a BH/CEO role successfully & should be preferably from the casting/Machining/Precision auto component/engineer parts industry.  - Should be an engineer with a MBA degree with marketing background.  - A mature person with 25-30 yrs of experience in managing the P&L of manufacturing unit of casting/Machining of engineer/auto components.  - Should be well versed with European market.  - Person should posses excellent leadership & communication skills  - Must be confident, driven, organized and possess strong delegation skills.
