Chief Executive Officer - Aftermarket - Automobile Parts

- Formulate and implement Strategic Business Plans for existing business along with an aggressive growth plan.

- Partner with the leadership in achieving the vision and aspirations of the organization.

- Meet and exceed the yearly budgeted turnover and profit targets of multi-location operations.

- Network with and influence external stakeholders such as financial institutions, customers, competitors, government institutions, various associations and bodies for enhancing the business and brand value.

- Lead, motivate and inspire a team of senior and experienced leaders.

- Provide oversight for Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Research & Development and Technology.
