Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Advertising Agency/Adtech Company

Seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for our operations in India. As the CEO, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and overall success of the company within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Ad-Tech industry, a proven track record of leadership, and a deep understanding of the Indian digital market and ad-tech business landscape. This is an executive management position reporting directly to the Managing Director and Group CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's global objectives and ensures sustainable growth in the Indian market.

- Provide strategic direction to the executive team and guide them in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.

2. Market Expansion in India:

- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, staying ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics.

- Drive market penetration and expansion strategies, establishing company as a leader in the Indian Digital Marketing and Ad-Tech space.

3. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, government agencies, and industry influencers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and initiatives.

4. Financial Management:

- Working with the Global CFO, oversee financial performance and budgets, ensuring the company achieves revenue and profitability targets.

- Implement effective cost management strategies to optimize resources and enhance financial sustainability.

5. Team Leadership:

- Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to the executive team, empowering them to achieve their full potential.

6. Product and Technology Innovation:

- Work closely with the Global CTO and the product and technology teams to drive continuous innovation and enhancements to company's offerings.

- Ensure that the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements in the Ad-Tech industry.

7. Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay abreast of regulatory changes impacting the Ad-Tech sector in India and ensure that the company operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Brand and Reputation Management:

- Uphold and enhance the reputation of [Ad-Tech Platform Company] in the Indian market, positioning the brand as a trusted and innovative player in the Ad-Tech space.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role within the Ad-Tech industry.

- Strong understanding of the Indian market and business landscape, with a track record of successful market expansion.

- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.

- In-depth knowledge of Ad-Tech products, technologies, and trends including emerging roles of AI/ML.

- Bachelor's degree: Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
