The position is based in MUMBAI.

CEO Job Profile:

CEO will be responsible for following broad areas:

- Managing the organization

- Incubation related

- Ecosystem, Networking and Relationship

Managing organization:

- Developing Strategy based on Long Term Goals set by the Board of organization.

- Developing and executing plans to achieve Annual objectives

- Organization's expnasion plan: infrastructure, resource planning, business planning, Scale-up organization's activities and volume,

- Sustainability

- Connecting with academia, students

Incubation related:

- Generating dealflow: Assessing ideas at early stage, getting idea validation, assessing market opportunities, helping them shape up in business plans and organisational capability,

- Hand holding start-ups,

- Catalysing Mentor programme

- Review mechanisms of progress and to integrate external feedback

- Facilitating access to business network, investors for start-ups

- Training programmes and showcasing events

- expansion- virtual incubation

Ecosystem, Networking and Relationship:

Broadly

- Being connected with the larger entrepreneurial ecosystem, contributing therein

- Promote organization and creating visibility amongst stake holders and target audience

- Networking and building relationships with various stakeholders- internal within organization academia, investors, governments, relevant experts, alumni, industry, institutions focusing on entrepreneurs, media,

CEO Qualifications :

The CEO of organization is a person -

- with extensive experience in managing business who is ready to work full time for organization;

- OR with Entrepreneurship experience of building a business from scratch or scaling up a small-medium business unit.

- with experience with Technology based business will be an added advantage

- finds in organization a challenge and an opportunity to manage a new system and already a successful model for business incubation in a premiere national institute;

- has experience in raising funds and networking with business professionals involved in various aspects of promoting new ventures (may also have hands-on experience with starting new ventures);

- is familiar with the capabilities of modern technology and its management (may also have academic qualifications in technology);
