Job Responsibility:

2. Keeping abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, and leveraging IT expertise to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

3. Ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining a strong ethical and responsible corporate culture.

4. Representing the company in public forums and media, and acting as the public face of the organization.

5. Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing the company's business strategy, with a focus on leveraging social media and IT products/services to achieve the company's financial and operational goals.

6. Business Development: Identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential areas for growth in the social media, IT services, and IT products sectors.

7. Technology and Innovation: Staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, and leveraging IT expertise to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

8. Operations Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient delivery of IT services and products, and optimizing social media presence for marketing and customer engagement.

9. Financial Management: Making key decisions on resource allocation, budgeting, and investment to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability, with a focus on technology investments and digital marketing.

10. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, and business partners, through effective use of social media and digital communication channels.

4. Business Development: Proven track record in business development, including identifying new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence in the digital/ IT space and analytics.

5. Financial Management: The ability to effectively manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

6. Sales and Marketing Expertise: A strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies in the IT services and products sector, including digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition, as well as a sound understanding of the healthcare domain.

7. Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of IT products and services, including software development, cloud computing and other relevant technologies.
