Basic Qualifications: - Master Degree in prestigious University - Must possess at least 15+ years of leading business strategy in the VLSI / Semiconductor / foundry business industry. - More than 5 years of proven experience as CEO or CXO position. - Currently in a General Management capacity or are an aspiring leader with proven results - Exposure to technology platform will be a huge advantage to the role - Proven track records in building strategic partnerships. - In-depth knowledge on developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives - Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals - Professional, ambitious, determined and results oriented mind set Responsibilities: - Report to the Board of Directors - Set up the company's strategy and direction in achieving company's goal - Uphold the organization's culture and long term missions - Liaise and negotiate with various partners around the world to bring in new partnership. - Synergize all company's resources and talents for the growth of company's business - Oversee all sectors and fields of the business to ensure the company's competitiveness - Provide leadership, direction, major decision making and resolution support to operations, projects and staff. - Originate and execute business development opportunities through collaboration with external partners
