CHIEF EXECUTIVE - Strategic Operations / Profit Centre Head.

One of our clients is the leading manufacturers of Woven and Knit Elastic and Non-Elastic Narrow Fabric, Tape and Webbing for use in the Apparel, Lingerie Sports-related, Medical, Footwear, Luggage, Furnishing and Automotive industries. They are looking for a CEO to be based at their corporate office in Mumbai.

Job Description :

- Oversee the entire production, Sales and Marketing, QC, HR, Purchase functions

- Measure production performance and implement suitable changes for optimization

- To ensure maximum utilization of Manpower, materials, machinery

- To suggest manufacturing process improvements to obtain operational efficiency

- To control Purchase activities with the support of Purchase Manager

- To provide technical support to Production units from time to time

- To achieve targeted Production/Sales for the year and ensure desired profitability for the year

- To co-ordinate new projects and its timely implementation

KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES :

RAW MATERIAL AND SUPPLIES : Plan requirements for sourcing.

PRODUCTION PLANNING : Plan time and sequence of operations.

PROCESS OUTLINE : Define critical points.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT : Provide technical training to enhance performance standards.

CAPACITY CONSIDERATION : Maximum utilization of available machines at all plants.

LABOUR ISSUES : To co-ordinate with contractors.

SALES TARGETS : To guide sales teams to achieve their targets.

PRODUCTIVITY : To obtain maximum productivity at all three plants.

TEAM GOALS : To lead teams and support team members to achieve their goals.

TIME MANAGEMENT : Timely implementation of projects, process etc.

Salary : 50 to 75 lacs
