- Plan and achieve annual operating plan of creation of multiple product advisor and revenue generation within budgeted cost of acquisition
- To understand various line of business models and have a working know how of all Retail products across all lines of businesses
- To resolve the challenges at the businesses and accordingly engage with the distributors to ensure positive way forward
- To drive various businesses Zonal, Regional, Branch sales and operations team to get distributor on boarded in terms of empanelment and business generation through this single platform
- Tracking of advisors leads at different LOBs. Currently manual process.
- To move various sales and operations team to conceptualise and create a strong distributor sales force to ensure stickiness and productivity
- To deliver commitments in an environment of dynamically changing requirements
- To design Standard Operating Procedures or guidelines aligning all the LOBs for greater benefits of the group level initiatives.
- To work with various internal Business Units in data compilation which helps in enhancing the productivity of the advisors.
