Chief Digital Officer - QSR/Retail/Telecom (9-14 yrs)
1. Transforming traditional business operations / processes using digital means (including online delivery models) to generate superior business outcomes w.r.t sales, customer relationships and brand value
2. Collaborate with various functions to develop short and medium term strategies for smart use of various digital tools and technologies to drive greater effectiveness in business processes with focus on sales, service, digital channels (social media), customer experiences, CRM, Loyalty program and business analytics
3. Define an organization's digital agenda focusing on all digital initiatives, integrate then into the strategic plans of the organization, ensure leadership buy in and adequate resource allocation
4. Measure ROI on digital projects, create approaches as needed to ensure the organization is investing in the right tools and resources
5. Work closely with external agencies to design and successfully execute digital initiatives
6. Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between various business teams and colleagues to help drive a digital mindset and digital ways of working
7. Create customer engagement and segmentations strategies aimed at enabling more relevant personalized marketing offers/ messages / experiences
8. MBA (Marketing) with strong experience in QSR / Retail / Telecom industry
9. Command over digital marketing, technology and understanding of instore / retail marketing
