Chief Digital Officer (CDO),

As the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), you will have the unique opportunity to shape the digital landscape of our new organization from the ground up. You will be responsible for establishing the digital vision, strategy, infrastructure, and managing the budget necessary to drive internal business operations forward in an increasingly digital world. Your role will be pivotal in laying the foundation for digital & Data innovation, efficiency, and agility, setting the stage for long-term success and growth while ensuring prudent financial stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define Digital & Data Strategy & Vision for the organization

- Develop and manage Technology Budget & optimize ROI on Technology investments

- Design and implement a scalable and resilient digital & Data infrastructure to support internal business processes

- Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between different systems and applications, minimizing silos and maximizing efficiency.

- Establish data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Utilize advanced analytics and predictive modelling techniques to derive actionable insights from internal data, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

- Evaluate and select appropriate digital technologies, platforms, and tools based on organizational needs, budget considerations, and industry best practices

- Manage Vendor Relationships, select right vendors and partners for digital products, services, and solutions.

- Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms with vendors to ensure favourable terms and conditions.

- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies

- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments & enable each function in their digital journey

- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and integration of digital technologies and processes.

Experience :

- Proven experience in a leadership role driving Data & digital transformation initiatives within internal business operations.

- Strong strategic thinking and vision, with the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy from inception to implementation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and driving positive change in a dynamic environment.
