Talent Quotient Partners is currently seeking a Chief Digital Officer for one of our clients, a US-based Financial Solutions Company. This company is a fast-growing, high-end financial services firm catering to Fortune 500 BFSI clients worldwide.

About the company: A global US based financial solutions enterprise offering a diversified portfolio of services that enables its clients to achieve resource optimization through leveraging an offshore capacity model. The company's services include investment diligence, industry research, valuation, fund administration, accounting, and data analytics. It is a Young , Fast Growing Hi-End Financial Services Outsourcing Firm for Fortune 500 BFSI clients with $50-70 Million Annual revenue with 300+active clients.

About the Role: This position is responsible for managing the technology function at the company, to ensure that the digital transformation vision is developed and achieved for the firm. The role has a major responsibility of guiding the business to achieve a competitive edge through exploitation of IT capabilities which will be facilitated through the effective alignment of IT and business, and effective direction setting and management of the five technology groups comprising of Infrastructure & Security, Business Applications, Business Analytics, COE and IT Shared Support.

Experience: 15+ years of relevant work experience

Key Role Deliverables:

Strategic Planning

- Understanding business directives to derive IT plans

- Developing & reviewing plans to drive forward and execute technology transformation strategy and organization wide digital enablement

- Determine strategic direction and vision for technology function and guide the team in the achievement of the vision.

- Continuously and proactively seeking ways for IT to deliver value to the business.

- Working with stakeholders to communicate and embed IT strategic management via actionable objectives, accountabilities and progress monitoring

Emerging Technology Monitoring

- Identifying and assessing new and emerging technologies, products, services, and frameworks related to digital technologies

- Communicating the impact of emerging technologies and its importance to the company's senior leadership team and business stakeholders.

Program & Portfolio Management

- Overseeing the effective management of major projects & programming them to support the technology vision and jointly own the delivery and outcome

- Ensuring the preparation and ongoing management of the IT budget and the delivery of cost effective, timely and reliable business solutions and support activities.

Quality Assurance & Business Process Improvement

- Developing enterprise business process management capabilities to increase organizational agility and responsiveness to change

- Planning and implementing organization-wide processes and procedures for the management of risk to the success or integrity of the enterprise

- Ensuring that processes are in place to facilitate adherence to standard development methodology and IT architecture

- Ensuring delivery of operational services in accordance with service level agreements established with the business

- Ensuring processes are in place to enable effective security, and change management procedures.

- Identifying and implementing improvements to business models, business operations and services with improved processes.

People Management

- Planning, designing and implementing an integrated organization structure and culture.

- Ensuring that the up-skilling and cross-skilling of technology team to future proof organizations interest

- Ensuring that the IT staff recruited are of high quality, that they are adequately trained, and that a plan of orderly succession is established and followed

- Planning and implementing activities to transition the organization and people to the required future state

- Providing IT management necessary direction and leadership

Prerequisites:

- Core understanding of Digital technologies and Enterprise Architecture

- Understanding of Networking, Security and Cloud technologies

- Excellent understanding of Financial Services or Professional Services Consulting business environment

Education: Engineering degree with MBA (from Tier-1 institutes)
