1. Build Digital Strategy that not only aligns with business priorities but also creates and enables new business models that add competitive advantage to business.

2. Build thought leadership and expertise in emerging technologies and creatively applies it to different needs of the business

3. Drive continuous Business Process Simplification, Improvement and Excellence.

4. Implementation of projects within time and budget addressing critical business needs leveraging appropriate technology aligned to corporate guidelines.

5. Drive and Ensuring adoption and benefit realization of various implemented projects.

6. Sustain and maintaining a world class IT infrastructure and Application landscape

This position offers a unique opportunity to setup and create 'Digital Native' processes for the business where we have great plans to scale.

Ideally candidates should have:

1. Excellent Functional knowledge of Renewable Energy domain

2. Working Knowledge of SAP

3. Ability to identify and leverage Best Practices and Digital Technology trends across Renewable Energy space.

4. Capability of creating Digital Technology enabled solutions addressing critical business needs.

5. Capability to lead business process improvement engagements, driving management of change and ensuring realization of benefits.

- SAP Implementation and Application Support

- Digital solutions for the Renewable Energy plants

- Data Lake and Analytics program

- Infrastructure, Connectivity and Cloud management

- Information Security and Privacy

Key Personal Attributes:

- Result oriented and with a work ethic of ownership and delivering on-time & as per scope

- Empathy and Dynamism in delivering Solution and services to business

- Collaborative and strong in Stakeholder Management

- Very Strong interpersonal, consultative, influencing and management skills

- Capable of Managing Organizational Change linked to Digital Solutions

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders including partners

- Business focused, customer & service minded and confident in advising, developing and articulating solutions

Educational Qualifications: MBA/Engineer from top B-schools/Engineering Institution

Experience Required: Around 12-15 years of experience in Leading Digital Transformation.
