Position: Chief Delivery Officer Experience: 15+ yrs Qualification: B.Tech / B.E Job Location: Bangalore Role Summary: The Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) is responsible for representing the needs and interests of the delivery team to the executive team and throughout the organization, provide sales support and contribute to strategy, offerings and sales as needed, execution teams and proven expertise managing details and balancing multiple projects and tasks Roles &amp; Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Heading product delivery functions, to ensure end-to-end ownership of incidents and service requests; meeting deadlines and turnaround time without compromising quality norms and adhering to SLA - Establishing robust delivery processes, project management teams and governance models; supervising entire product delivery operations including P&amp;L and profit centre management. - Delivering customer presentations on Delivery Excellence and ensuring appropriate positioning of the business unit through crisp and detailed responses for various proposals - Monitoring overall quality of Deliverables, Quality Assurance, Customer Satisfaction and Service Level Adherence and Management - Planning project activities such as scoping, estimation, tracking, change management, delivery management &amp; post implementation support - Monitoring onshore &amp; offshore delivery management of concurrent projects - Providing strategic leadership in Technology Direction, Organizational Transformation, Off-shoring, Team Building and in new Initiatives - Mapping business requirements and coordinating in developing and implementing processes in line with preset guidelines - Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level - Conducting internal process audits &amp; process reviews for ensuring strict adherence to the process parameters/systems as per defined guidelines - Monitoring multiple projects from conceptualization to the technology mapping and final execution of projects - Establishing &amp; cultivating in-depth business relationships by interacting with clients and executives to streamline services &amp; accomplishing organization goals - Meeting monthly critical service level agreements in which every agreement continuously improves each year to prevent financial penalties - Achieving delivery excellence with improvement in all KPI's (including Productivity, Turnaround Time and Defect Density) consistently year after year
