Chief Delivery Head - IT

Desired Candidate Profile :

- We would need people who have the breadth and depth in delivery management across technologies / business applications / domains.

- Managed P&L of 75mn $ and above with team size of 500plus.

- Managed multiple practices of Technologies and Business Applications.

- Strong managerial skills and leading capabilities to mentor team leaders, hiring, trainings, set working standards

- Experience working with multi-site and multi-cultural Delivery teams

- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across the company QA, product management, architects, integrators, technical support, project management, etc.

- Strong architecture capability in order to lead the right architecture solution for the specific customer need

- Ability to Troubleshoot critical functional and performance issues at components code level quickly and efficiently.

- Experience working directly with customers

- Understanding of Hardware, Hosting & Cloud solutions

- Willing to travel

- Fast learner, enthusiastic, motivated, great communication skills

- Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

- 20+ years' experience designing and building scalable and distributes software applications.

- At least 3-8 years' experience leading customer driven development groups.
