Chief Data Officer - BFSI/BPO/KPO

- Provide vision and strategic direction on data strategy; including data acquisition, data differentiation, data quality, data monetization, governance, etc. aligned to Organization growth and differentiation strategies.

- Create and drive the development of new data strategy aligned to business, vertical and key product strategies for maximizing key Sales deals structuring pricing and ensuring the inclusion of commercial terms to mitigate risk and increase levels of client commitment, profitable value creation and customer retention

- Work across the matrix to operationalize the data strategy, including, but not limited to: Data Acquisition, Data interpretation, Data analysis, Data quality, Data monitoring/metrics, Data integration/cleansing/processing/enrichment/retention, Data delivery/deployment, Data security, Data compliance. Managing flow of data and continuous improvement of the data supply chain

- May negotiate and acquire new data and constantly scans the market for new types of data, new ways of data acquisition and existing data update. Create/support commercial contracting framework and capability to acquire new data assets and operationalize.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve business performance and product access through innovative pricing, contracting approaches, end to end process for quotes and contracts.

- Leads Data Monetization process by close interaction with Product, Analytics and Finance. Manages appropriate budgets and expenditure, on behalf of Data ROI

- Own and manage Data governance and process; manage the consistent and proper usage and secure access of all data assets, develop data guiding principles and standards to ensure effective decision-making and use, provide support for legal, security, regulatory and compliance request.

- Strategically improve quality to eliminate data issues and increase revenue; implement key performance measures, pro-actively communicate data quality, and thought leadership provide direction and business requirements to technology in regards to data enhancements and business

- Develops plans and coordinates Data team to meet operational objectives within area of responsibility; manage relationships with other teams involved in data activities
