Hiring for the role of CCO for a leading digital agency.

Location - Mumbai/ Delhi

- The Chief Creative Officer is a dynamic agency leader who drives the creative vision for the agency and creates and produces award-winning creative solutions for clients.

- The CCO is a creative powerhouse who is highly strategic and has an equal appreciation and passion for the craft of making things.

- The CCO builds and fosters a positive creative environment for the development of the highest quality and most creative output in support of client brands, multi-discipline marketing strategies, and business development efforts.

- This role has to be forward thinking and an "out of the box" strategic creative leader.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the overall creative vision and development process for the agency

- Push the creative envelope, continually raising the bar on the quality of the client's creative while delivering successful solutions to clients

- Keep the client's creative "on the map" via awards, events, media, industry buzz, publishing articles, etc.

- Building relationships with senior leaders across the agency's practices (Account, Delivery, Enterprise Technology, Experiential and Strategy)

- Hire, mentor and manage integrated teams of creatives

- Ultimate accountability for the quality, strategy and integrity of all creative deliverables

- Motivate and inspire the creative teams to consistently produce work best in class

- Set creative standards and goals that establishes a culture to foster the development of creative talents

- Identify key growth opportunities with current clients as well as lead/participate in new business pitches

- Continuously strive to improve communications and processes necessary for optimum creative output

- Help drive revenue and margin growth across current client roster

Qualifications :

- 12+ years' experience working for a wide range of clients and brands, ideally agency as well as potentially client-side

- Inherently understand CRM, B2B, B2C, Digital and think way beyond traditional ad formats and budgets

- Not afraid of leveraging data and research to help identify unique opportunities for the agency

- Extensive experience building, managing and coaching teams to help them create award-winning work

- Ability to jump in as needed, rolling up your sleeves, getting into the work and concepting, at the same time guiding creative teams to accomplish deadlines

- Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders across disciplines such as Account, Delivery, Enterprise Technology, Experiential and Strategy

- Self-motivated, can juggle multiple initiatives, and work well in a fast-paced environment
