Chief Compliance Officer
Hiring for a position of Chief Compliance Officer for a fast growing NBFC.
- As custodian of all regulatory compliances, the Chief Compliance Officer ensures the organization follows the directives and protocols of the regulatory agencies, internal company policies, and the standard of conduct.
- He or she also plays a significant role in identifying compliance risks in existing as well as new products.
- Implements an effective compliance program as expected by the RBI, covering all aspects of Risk Mitigation Plan (RMP), Monitorable Action Plan (MAP). Be the nodal point of contact between the organization and the RBI and Other regulators.
- Reach out if you are a CA/CS/LLB with at least 12 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles including at least 7 years of experience in a compliance role in an NBFC or bank.
- You should have directly handled RBI audits/inspections and dealt with senior management and independent directors. Needless to say, you should have a thorough understanding of NBFC regulatory requirements, risk management practices, legal requirements, etc.
