Chief Compliance Officer - Microfinance Firm

- Chief Compliance officer for well known Microfinance Company preferably from Listed Financial/Fintech Companies

Key responsibilities include :

- Defining the necessary level of knowledge on existing and emerging regulatory compliance requirements across the organization.

- Providing strategic direction and developing the annual compliance work, Overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the compliance program.

- Providing strategic direction to the management team on compliance.

- Interacting with regulators on compliance issues.

- Developing policies and programs to identify and report suspected fraud .

- Identification and assessment of risks related to non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Directs the formulation of strategic compliance planning in support of the company's vision, mission, and values.
