Chief Business Planning Manager - NBFC

Our client is one of the leading non banking financial services company, looking to hire Senior Manager responsible to contribute towards the achievement of Long Range Plan objectives of the department by:

(i) Managing and implementation of new strategic activities across division and regular track & action on strategy alignment and vision of the company

(ii) Liaising and supporting the different departments to achieve the departmental objectives

(iii) Coordinating timely review and presenting accurate dash board to leadership team and management

(iv) Analyzing and supporting implementation of effective counter measures for gap areas

Responsibilities:

- Manage annual budgeting & monthly forecasting process by taking inputs from multiple stakeholders

- Analyze business unit-wise & product-wise profitability to highlight Plan vs Actual budget

- Investigate and provide variance attribution; recommend actions on revenue and cost drivers to deliver improved financial performance

- Develop insights through collaboration with leadership team to build strategic imperatives and tactics for growth of retail lending business

- Pricing & Financial Analytics - Provide product pricing solutions and value added financial analytics to support business decisions

- Build and publish business dashboards to ensure key financial and business KPIs are monitored on a monthly basis with focus on timeliness and accuracy

- Review of business performance and strategic imperatives to highlight deviations and suggest improvements to overall effectiveness

- Guide cost analysis by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts, and recommending actions

- Competitors analysis and benchmarking to determine market share and Industry ranking

Desired Profile:

- MBA / PG in management

- 3 to 8 years of experience in Business planning preferably from NBFC / Banking industry

- Expertise in financial ratio analysis & forecasting

- Problem solving and decision-making skills

- Analytical skills

- Presentation skills

- Eye for detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
