Chief Business Officer

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Leading the corporate business development and expansion across the assigned territories in coordination with the VCMD/ Director Strategy & B.E for exploring new business opportunities, products, streams and geographies.

2. Collaborating with Business Leaders to understand strategic business objectives and formulating development strategies to meet current & future growth requirements.

3. Execute feasibility studies including partner alliances to ensure success of new markets including legal, local, government regulations and business setup process.

4. Developing new businesses, exploring and evolving on the upcoming and sustainable Business reforms. Responsible for Financial Modeling, TEV and M&A Strategies.

5. Formulating, developing and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through, ensuring the strategic objectives were well understood and executed by the team.

6. Developing strong market knowledge of existing & potential clients and ensuring business growth opportunities domestic as well internationally.

7. Acquiring properties from Private Owners, Government & Semi Government Authorities including valuation of land/building, property valuation, structural integrity assessment, preparation of lease, preparation of property assignment, preparation of tenancy agreement.

8. Analyzing current & past financial data, comparative study of business data, forecasting the market share and business viabilities of new products', analyzing business reports & strategies of the competitors and providing proposals for cutting costs & increasing revenue.

9. Creating & sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities by motivating high performance amongst team members.

10. Research related sectors and industries for horizontal and vertical integration.

11. Monitoring of project progress- Concept to Commissioning and reporting concern areas to Director.

12. Involved with Management consultants to identify EBITDA and SOP/Process improvement opportunities.

13. Involved with freelance business sector consultants for sector evaluation.

14. Analysis of P/L and MIS Dashboard of different business vertical under Director reporting concerns/areas of improvement.

15. Focus on renewable, ESG benefits and high end propositions for growth and adapting and leveraging all Govt subsidies and schemes for organization's growth.
