Key Deliverables ( Indicative, not Exhaustive)

- Owning pan India Enterprise business P&L, owning the Targets.

- Introduce business innovations in the existing offering by understanding to the consumers needs better.

- Increasing the geographic footprint, building teams and setting up processes across cities.

- Mentoring the team. Responsible for the culture and performance of the team.

- Building a strong sales process and ensuring new client acquisition.

- Owning service levels. Ensuring renewals.

- Establishing and managing internal & external relationship with senior stakeholders

Work Experience Requirements:

- Minimum 12 years of experience with Enterprise Businesses.

- Experience of handling big accounts with large corporates
