Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the IPO management process, ensuring seamless execution from planning to listing.

- Oversee and mentor a team of professionals in achieving sales targets and fostering a high-performance culture.

- Develop and implement robust credit and risk frameworks to mitigate potential financial risks.

- Drive the development and implementation of IT strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

- Utilize extensive sales, alliances, and collections experience to drive business growth and expansion.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to proactively identify opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

- 25-30 years of relevant experience in the NBFC sector, with a focus on secured loans such as LAP/Machine Financing.

- MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution.

- Proven track record in team management and leadership roles.

- Strong understanding of credit and risk management frameworks.

- Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies.

- Excellent sales, alliances, and collections experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
