We are looking for someone at a leadership position who will lead strategic business development and executes new business initiatives. What you will be doing: - Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving the organizational vision, operational strategy, and revenue generation with P&amp;L responsibilities. - Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning - Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met - Would be responsible for leading PAN India growth &amp; expansion. - Provide strategical and tactical direction to leadership. - Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention - Lead business pipeline development, coordinating with internal resources for identified opportunities to maximize business conversion ratio. - Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement Who we're looking for: - Someone who has moved across industries (Auto/FMCG/ Telecom) and ideal experience range is 13 -15 years from Tier1 B school only. - Must have experience in managing the team with P&amp;L responsibility. - Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term organization objectives - Self-Starter, High level of drive to give shape to new initiatives - Someone who has worked in a B2B environment and has built relationships with dealers What we'll give you: - Opportunity to work in a highly charged environment with some of the best minds in the industry - Exposure to global product environment - Complex problems to work on that you will challenge you to think beyond the horizon
