Chief Business Officer - FinTech/Payments - IIT/NIT/BITS

Position Summary:

A fintech start up, backed by leading PE firms and a one-stop solution for merchants to collect payments is looking for a Chief Business Officer to lead innovation and revenue growth to create a strong business roadmap while aligning and driving the team towards successfully achieving it.

Reporting to:

The role reports to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the GTM for the Company in association with the CEO.

- Build a high-performance team to achieve the GTM for the organization.

- Work closely with the team, be responsible for all aspects of the GTM for the company.

- Drive results with B2B2C, B2B and B2C through online and offline models.

- Lead the entire merchant ecosystem including strategy, merchant acquisition, key accounts, merchant management, marketing, merchant services, partnerships and go-to-market.

- Responsible for all existing and new business P&L and driving strong growth through an innovation led business strategy.

- Delivering sales and operations productivity with highest CSAT and NPS scores.

- Strong focus on increasing revenues and driving the next stage of growth through innovative product offerings.

- Align cross-functional stakeholders towards implementation of new products and use cases.

- Track and extract insights from business plan on monthly basis - revenue / profitability.

- Leading the overall business strategy for Lending, Deposits and other company products along with P&L.

Qualifications & Experience:

- BS/BE/BTech from IIT/NIT/BIT/NSIT with a strong CGPA.

- MBA/PGDBM from a globally accredited business school will be an added advantage.

- 17+ years of experience in creating scale and growth for technology led consumer businesses.
