The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large corporate clients, building high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth through complex B2B sales.

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
2. Lead a team of 70 professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve sales targets and objectives.
3. Identify and target large corporate clients for invoice discounting solutions, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships.4. Drive the recruitment and retention of top talent, ensuring the team is equipped with the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
5. Cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation within the sales team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.6. Manage complex B2B sales cycles, navigating negotiation processes, and overcoming objections to secure deals.
7. Oversee the implementation of digital and technical solutions to enhance the sales process and improve customer experience.8. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
9. Lead P&L management and financial planning efforts, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to drive alignment and execution of business objectives.
11. The CBO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business development, including P&L management, team leadership, and strategic planning.
2. 12-18 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the fintech industry.
3. Proven track record of success in managing large corporate clients and driving revenue growth.4. Strong sales acumen with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
5. Experience in building and scaling teams, attracting top talent, and fostering a culture of excellence.6. Deep understanding of digital and technical solutions, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business results.
