Chief Business Officer (Express Sales)
RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but not limited to):
- Disproportionate Revenue Growth and Management
- Develop New Strategies for growth, monitor and review planning and implementation.
- New business development/New client acquisition
- Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development,
- Monitor new projects, competitive activity, new customers, and overall market landscape
- Business Growth - Q on Q and Y on Y
- Coaching, developing, and managing high performing large teams
- Driving Net Promoter Score
- Driving Excellent Customer Service levels
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:- Ability to venture into new markets, new products
- Product Knowledge
- Market Intelligence and Business Acumen
- Good geographical knowledge
PROFILE REQUIREMENT:- Postgraduate in Operations from Premier B-Schools - IIM-A/B/C/L, NITIE, ISB, SPJ or alike
- Preferable from Logistics, Supply Chain, Express, Last mile
- Min 18+ years of experience.
