To lead the growth of our domestic e-commerce vertical, comprising D2C and e-commerce marketplaces
Key Performance Indicators
1. Profitable sales growth in D2C and e-commerce marketplaces
2. LTV/CAC for all channels
3. Market share in e-commerce marketplaces
Key Responsibilities
- Draw up and deliver ambitious sales plans for D2C and e-commerce marketplaces. Overall in charge of business delivery of these 2 verticals
Specific to D2C vertical
- Oversee operation of own website, app, content platform and any other digital D2C initiatives, leading up to metrics around sales, traffic, engagement, LTV/CAC and NPS
- Run an effective acquisition funnel with diversified acquisition sources, and strong customer loyalty
In charge of performance marketing channels, budgets and ROI
Specific to e-commerce marketplace vertical
- Overall responsibility for delivering business from e-commerce marketplaces
- Oversee preparation of S&OP, marketing programs
- Continually improve market share in the marketplaces through a combination of product, marketing and other tactical interventions
- Lead relationship management with various marketplaces
- Liaise with product and marketing teams to help achieve sales objectives
