Responsibilities :
- Be part of and partner the leadership team, partner the founder in driving the vision for the company's fast paced growth and scale up with a focus on generating growth and demand.
- Develop, own, drive and implement the overall business development and growth roadmap for the short and long term
- Own and monitor the P&L (top line and bottom line)
- Provide leadership for sales and marketing with a view to increasing market share and profitability, including GTM strategies, new launches, entry into new markets, customer acquisition strategies and other long-term growth initiatives to meet the company's targets.
- Develop strategic frameworks for new growth opportunities
- Develop strong relationships and build on these with key clients across markets
- Lead and empower cross functional teams across marketing, sales, and operations
Qualifications/Requirements :
- 8-12 years- experience with some experience at a consumer tech start up in a business role and experience in driving operations (Prior experience in the auto industry not required)
- Experience in successfully owning P&L of a business of sizeable scale
- Preference for pedigreed education (IIT/ISB/IIMs preferred)
- Entrepreneurial, creative out-of-the-box thinker, with a get-things-done attitude
