Chief Business Officer - BFSI

- An upcoming Wealth advisory focused on elderly people of the country is looking for a Chief Business officer to build the team from scratch

- Helping create service excellence during initial pilots

- Managing a team of operations staff and RMS which will start small and scale up over time

- Manpower Planning and deployment

- Devising process flows and optimisation in consultation with leadership team

Profile :

- 8-15 years with atleast 5 years in Wealth advisory

- Graduate/PG with experience in a startup environment: scaled up similar business

- Willing to work long hours to help stabilise business

- Should be a coach to all staff reporting to him

- Person will be responsible for building a team of RMs and advisors
