Chief Business Officer - Fintech Company

Chief Business Officer: Our client is a well funded fintech startup based out of Gurgaon and is looking for the Chief Business Officer, who can run the entire business and be responsible for the P&L.


ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Designation: Chief Business Officer

Location: Gurgaon

Position Summary: The CBO will lead innovation and revenue growth initiatives and will work with the CEO to create a strong business roadmap while aligning and driving the team towards successfully achieving it.

Reporting to: The role reports to the Co-Founder.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals

- Responsible for all existing and new business P&L and driving strong growth through an innovation led business strategy

- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends

- Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

- Work with the Sales, Account Management and Operations, teams to implement targeted sales strategy

- Build a high-performance team to achieve the GTM for the organization

- Work closely with the team, be responsible for all aspects of the GTM for the company.

- Delivering sales and operations productivity with highest CSAT and NPS scores

- Strong focus on increasing revenues, meeting sales target, and driving the next stage of growth through innovative product offerings

- Align cross-functional stakeholders towards implementation of new products and use cases

- Track and extract insights from business plan on monthly basis - revenue / profitability

- Leading the overall business strategy for the secured lending business.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 12+ years of experience from a financial services with B2C product sales experience.

- Someone with hands on and entrepreneurial experiences.

- Someone who can get on the field to help solve challenges.

- A results-oriented professional with the ability to nurture & lead high performing teams and work in complex cross- functional environments.

- Strong understanding and experience of tech or internet ecosystem.
