Our client is a well backed and fast growing B2B startup based out of Bangalore. They are looking for the Chief Business Officer, who can run and oversee the pan India business, be responsible for the P&L and work closely with the leadership to drive the company's next charter of growth
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The CBO will lead P&L, business development, marketing, innovation and revenue growth initiatives. They will work with the CEO and the leadership to create a strong business roadmap while aligning and driving the team towards successfully achieving it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's targets
- Responsible for all existing and new business P&L and driving strong growth
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
- Oversee and guide the complete national sales operational requirements
- Work with the Sales, Product, Marketing teams to drive the company's objectives
- Strong focus on increasing revenues, meeting sales target, and driving the next stage of growth through innovative product offerings
- Align cross-functional stakeholders towards implementation of new products and use cases
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience from a B2B / SaaS startup background
- Prior leadership role managing P&L responsibilities
- MBA from a premier institute preferred
- Ability work with cross functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to grow and mentor a team
Reporting to: The role reports to the CEO/Co-Founder.
