The ideal candidate should have demonstrated ability to build a brand strategy in a rapidly evolving space through deep understanding of the consumer needs and motivations. They are the steward of the brand and are expected to guide the team towards the best brand decisions by clearly conveying the brand vision through a customer-centric lens. They should be able to roll up their sleeves, think disruptively and challenge others to innovate in service to the brand and the business. KEY SKILL SETS : - 15 years of experience in successfully building brands with a focus on start-up, early and high growth business. - Experience in building global brands that have both commercial and purposeful dimensions and demonstrable experience in building marketing campaigns that leverage purpose. - Strong experience and proven track record of innovating and executing new media marketing tactics in social, digital, CRM. - Strong experience and expertise in managing a large network of large and micro scale influencers as well as celebrities to drive brand exposure and brand storytelling. - Market facing with a track record of strong consumer understanding and foresight.
