ATG is the architects practitioners group that focuses on innovation, incubation and elevating Company's technical competencies enabling elevated customer experiences. This group will lead all aspects of a Digital new age architecture and uses design thinking to build out Company's organizational technical blueprint. This group operates across organizational and computing areas driving efficient, standards-based architecture supporting customer business goals by collaborating and partnering across all internal and customer teams.  ATG will have accountability and responsibility for establishing a strategy and defining roadmap for areas of innovation, incubation and its evangelization and adoption across its customers.  The chief architect will be based in Bengaluru and will report to the Head of Advanced Technology Group  Roles and responsibilities:  - Innovation and Incubate experiences: Identify the top trends across business and technical dimensions and helps drive its adoptions across customer engagements. Talks at industry forums and writes in technical journals.  - Drive Growth: Works with various service lines of Company's, its partner ecosystem and customers to plan for technology change. Develops various types of roadmaps to align across business and technology timelines.   - Portfolio Capability Management: Works with internal and customer stakeholder teams to manage the technology capabilities. Strives to provide the necessary technical capabilities while managing cost and risk for Company's and its customers.  - Architecture Practice: Shapes and leads the architecture practice. Leads communities within the practice. Mentors other architects. Introduces change to existing technology capabilities for the architect's focus area. Develop strategies, roadmaps and business cases for the change while working with business and technology partners.  - Elevate Organizational Technical Competency: Develops artifacts that document current or future technology capabilities for reuse. Participates in the governance processes and helps define where necessary in customer's architecture practice and helping to elevate the overall customer experience.  - Capabilities Assessment and Technology Oversight: Evaluates health of the technology within the architect's focus area and develops improvements plans for their domain.  Required industry experience:  - 3+ years of leading technology innovation/architects group  - Experience leading the strategic vision and direction with specific technologies, systems and platforms related to a domain or associated sub-domain.  - Hands on experience with technology planning and road mapping  - Experience providing direction to design and engineering staff  - Experience providing direction to one or more architects  - Experience with specific technologies, systems and platforms related to a domain or associated sub-domain.  Required technical experience:  - In depth understanding of and competence in supporting architecture, design, development, and deployment related to a domain or associated sub-domain.  - In depth understanding, within a domain or associated sub-domain, of industry trends, emerging standards and the ability to apply them. Participates in discussion and development of industry trends and technologies.  - Demonstrated competence in leading architecture, design, development, and deployment related to a domain or associated sub-domain.  - Expert level awareness and understanding of hardware, networks, software technologies, applications, and modeling techniques related to a domain or associated sub-domain.  - Expertise in one of public cloud like Azure, AWS  Required functional experience:  - Able to influence major, long-term technology decisions.  - Ability to engage and collaborate with IT and business leadership.  - Clear and concise communications skills  - Influence outcomes through expertise and analysis  - Excellent stakeholder interaction; collaborative, able to work cross-functionally; possessing the ability to forge relationships and partner effectively  - Customer focus; Able to engage and influence partners to develop the best solutions  - Own the outcome; Able to manage expectations; strive for overall IT success; take the initiative; administrative excellence;  - Great insights and judgment skills; courage to share unpopular viewpoints; comfort with ambiguity  Required education and certifications:  - Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering  - Desired: Architecture Certification (TOGAF, Zachman)  - IT Delivery Certification (ITIL)
