Chief Architect - BFS

Job Description :

- Approximately 15+ years of experience in building API gateways - preferably having a past experience with IBM IIB, Apigee, Mashery or AWS API gateway.

- Assisting the business in the scoping and planning of upcoming initiatives and roadmap items

- Hands-on software engineering experience building API (internal and external)

- Experience with and knowledge of common Architecture patterns (e.g. microservices, GoF, SOA, Event sourcing, etc.)

- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in API security standards and implementation (Oauth, OpenId)

- Experience addressing operational and non-functional concerns (e.g. horizontal & vertical scalability, performance, maintainability, load distribution, resilience, recovery, security and privacy).

- Proven track record of technology leadership, architecting solutions, and ability to influence across the enterprise

- Ability to collaborating with Product and Technology teams to craft architecture that enables business and technology vision

- Ability to engage in deep technical discussions with a variety of product and engineering teams to become a trusted technical advisor
