Chief Administrative Officer (15-23 yrs)

a) Responsible for administration of various facility and building management outsourced services like housekeeping, security, MEP, operations of equipment's (wherever applicable) and maintenance, IT related services, transport services, cafeteria, cr- che, library, parking, Auditorium, meeting rooms etc. and other miscellaneous services

b) Ensures that administration department is optimally and skillfully staffed to take care of smooth functioning of various services across the building

c) Ensures that all necessary statutory and other required licenses, etc. are available well in advance for smooth functioning of the building

d) Ensures that system is available with the vendor for timely replenishment of Office supplies stock and this system is duly monitored

e) Investigates complaints regarding various service and equipment's etc., and takes corrective action

f) Ensure that vendor(s) adhere to quality standards and health and safety regulations as per contract

g) Ensure timely payment of all the vendors provided these payments are not under hold by any of the stakeholders

h) Participates in budget approval process and ensure compliance of the approved budget

i) Ensures proper Liasoning with the local government and private bodies as per the requirement

j) Ensures preparation and release of MIS at predefined frequency

k) Arrange local travel and accommodations

l) Schedule and arranges in-house and external events

Requirements :

a) Proven experience of 15-20 years in administrative function (out of which minimum 4-5 years- experience as head of the administration function) in hospitality industry or equivalent hi end corporate offices

b) Demonstrate strong leadership skills and problem-solving attitude

c) Excellent written and verbal communication skills

d) Attention to detail

e) Minimum graduate level with preferably relevant professional qualification

f) Understanding of budgeting and performance management

g) Computer savvy

h) Excellent networking & interpersonal skills

i) Demonstrates strong ability to deliver under pressure
