Chief Accountant - Real Estate/Construction

Minimum Exp Required: 5 years in real estate

Client :- Real Estate/Construction/Property

Desired candidate:

- Good communication & interpersonal skill.

- Market awareness.

- Computer knowledge:

- MS office

- Tally (any other program)

Required:

- Carry out audit & Design quarterly audit plan to require standards and processes like audit procedures, including planning techniques, test and sampling method.

- Supports financial management in directing budget and cost controls, financial analysis, and accounting procedures.

- Conducts audits to verify accuracy of records and compliance with standards, policies and procedures

- Good in finalization of accounts.

- Determining compliance with the policies and procedures of all departments.

- Communicate findings to senior management and draft comprehensive report of audit area.

- Proficiency in use of computer accounting software programs is a must.
