Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant qualified
- Min 8-12 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting preferably in a manufacturing set up
- Relevant experience in audit and costing is advantageous.
- Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel and use of SAP Business 1 preferred
- Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
- Age not exceeding 45 years
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc.
- Responsible for day to day accounts operations and reporting.
- Prepare full set of accounts and ensure timely closing.
- Prepare project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
- Prepare cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
- Prepare Capital Expenditure report
- Prepare Departmental Budget and present Budget vs Actual report.
- Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
- Statutory compliance in line with local Taxation Laws
- Dealing with Internal and External Auditors.
