Partnerships @CheQ :

- Digital Lending is a rapidly evolving as well extremely fast growing sector, over the next 24 months the leader coming in will be expected to play a pivotal role in ensuring that we enable access to instant credit for all our customers & contribute to the growth of the organization via this important line of business

What you will be doing :

We are much more than our job descriptions, but here is where you will begin :

- Developing, analyzing, and implementing ideas and initiatives aimed at fostering business growth through new lending partnerships and platform initiatives.

- Monitoring performance and market trends to continuously enhance business strategies.

- Managing customer marketing and sales efforts, with a focus on increasing customer penetration.

- Identifying and bringing aboard new financial partners while nurturing relationships with Fintech and NBFC partners to offer attractive products.

- Collaborating with the Product and Technology teams to ensure effective and efficient experiences for all customers and partners.

- Engaging closely with banks and Fintech companies to finalize product flows, commercial agreements, and success metrics.

- Defining business and operational targets and monitoring performance accordingly.

- Implementing operational discipline through metrics and leading cross-functional initiatives.

- Collaborating with marketing, customer experience, product, and technology teams to achieve business and customer experience objectives.

What you will need :

- Like us, you'll be deeply committed to delivering impactful outcomes for customers.

- A postgraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in payments partnerships within the lending sector of a Bank, NBFC, or Fin-tech company. Experience with newer lenders is preferred, along with expertise in portfolio management.

- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.

- Knowledge of the digital lending business and personal loan products.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

- The capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Previous experience in the financial technology industry is advantageous.

- Adaptability to a dynamic startup environment where versatility is valued, and individuals are expected to take on additional responsibilities related to monetization, growth, strategy, and more.
