Chemco - Senior Manager - Corporate/Business Finance

Purpose: Chemco Plastic Industries Private Limited ("Chemco") is one of the largest rigid packaging manufacturers in the country. As we continue to expand, we are seeking to hire an experienced, full time Senior Manager for our Corporate Finance function

Reporting: Vice President, Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of long-term financial projections of the Group

- Prepare financial and business-related analysis for new & expansion projects

- Dashboards/MIS related to borrowings and debt management

- Preparation of detailed proposal to banks/ financial institutions

- Prepare financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff

- Preparation of Company's budget, analyze cost, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the Company's actual performance compared to business plans

- To handle the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation, review of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof with the Banks/financial institutions and security creation

- Making presentations to Banks, handle queries from banks/financial institutions to facilitate sanction of credit facilities, negotiation of term sheet with Banks/financial institutions

- Follow up with bank officials to ensure compliance and completion of various processes pre and post disbursement

- Timely Ratings of all instruments including Annual/periodic surveillance and compliance.

- Monitor the overall debt of the Company, ensure effective cost of debt and ensuring timely servicing of debt.

- Maintaining relationship with Banks, Investors and developing new Banking relationships

- Ensure routine banking & RBI (including FEMA) compliances

Basic Requirements:

Educational Qualification/ Soft Skills:

- Due to the need for strong financial management and accounting skills, we are seeking candidates who are professionally qualified accountants with membership and designation of Chartered Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, CFA or MBA from a reputed institute

- Comfortable with people engagement and strong persuasive skills

- Analytical bend of mind with good time management, planning and coordination skills

- Ability to manage a team

Job Specific Skills:

Applicant should have :

- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in accounting, financial planning and management, and other management support areas, as required

- Relevant experience across domestic loans, ECBs, credit facilities - fund based / non fund based

- A deep understanding of corporate credit, project finance, working capital etc.

- Updated knowledge of RBI Regulations

- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking

- Should have excellent understanding of Financial Statements with ability to analyze balance sheet etc.

- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP (preferably, S4 Hana).
